Tribute to Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, OFR, MFR, CFR, Ahaejiagmba Ndigbo

I am deeply saddened over the demise of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Ahaejiagamba, a trailblazing Engineer, statesman, politician, astute leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. His passing leaves an indelible void, but his impact on our lives and nation remains eternal. His selfless dedication as an outstanding politician mentored and inspired countless individuals, including myself. His wisdom, patience, and encouragement helped shape our nation’s political and economic landscape .

Chief Iwuanyanwu dedicated his life to serving Ndigbo & Nigeria, tirelessly working towards unity, progress, and development. His leadership and vision were proven in through many uncountable leadership positions he held,with the last one being the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide .

As a renowned businessman, Chief Iwuanyanwu built a vast empire, creating opportunities and employment for countless Nigerians. His philanthropic efforts transformed lives through education, healthcare, and sports development.

Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu’s legacy extends beyond politics. He was a successful businessman, philanthropist, and sports enthusiast, who founded the Iwuanyanwu Nationale Football Club (now Heartland F.C.), which became a reference point in football artistry and won several laurels both in Nigeria and Africa. His contributions to Nigerian politics, sports, and society will be remembered for generations to come.

His numerous awards and honors, including the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR), Commander of the Order of the Niger (MFR), and Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR), attest to his exceptional service.

As we mourn his exit, we also celebrate His remarkable life, honouring his contributions to our State,nation and humanity. May his legacy continue to inspire and motivate us to strive for greatness.

On behalf of myself, my family and the good people of Ngor Okpala State Constituency, we heartily sympathize with his family, people of Ikeduru, Owerri zone, Ndi-Imo, Ndigbo and Nigerians in general.

Rest in peace, Ahaejiagamba. Your impact will always be felt; you will forever be remembered as a beacon of hope and a champion for the people.
