Dr. Chima Mathew Amadi, a renowned philanthropist, scholar, businessman, and founder of The Mazi Organization, has made a bold declaration, stating, “I represent a new way of doing things.” This powerful statement underscores his commitment to driving innovation, progress, and positive change in Imo State.
Speaking during the inauguration of The Mazi Organization’s leadership in Owerri Federal Constituency, Dr. Amadi lamented the decay in Imo State’s educational sector, economy, and social infrastructure, attributing it to years of misrule. He urged the people to champion a peaceful revolution, bringing a breath of fresh air to the state.
Dr. Amadi’s vision is centered on empowering communities through education, economic development, and social welfare programs. His approach prioritizes community-led development, ensuring that the needs and aspirations of the community are at the forefront.
The event, which took place on December 17, 2024, at the Government Technical College in Owerri, was attended by various youth and student groups, including the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS Imo State Chapter. Other dignitaries, such as former members of the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Amb. Uche Ogbuagu, Okenze Blyden Amajirionwu, Hon. Michael Crown Njoku among others, also graced the occasion.
