Imo Commissioner Appointed To APC National Convention Accreditation Committee

The Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development in Imo State, Hon. Ifeanyi Oruh, has been appointed as a member of the Accreditation Committee for the forthcoming National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), scheduled to take place in Abuja.

The appointment is being widely regarded within party circles as a recognition of Oruh’s loyalty, administrative experience, and contributions to party development at both the state and national levels.

Party stakeholders have described the role of the Accreditation Committee as central to ensuring a credible and transparent convention process. Oruh’s inclusion, they say, reflects the confidence reposed in his leadership abilities and integrity by the party’s national leadership.

Hon. Oruh currently serves under the administration of Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, where he has been involved in rural development initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and community welfare.

Political observers note that participation in the accreditation process places Oruh among key figures responsible for upholding internal democratic procedures within the ruling party’s convention framework.

The APC National Convention is expected to draw party delegates and leaders from across Nigeria, as the party deliberates on strategic issues and internal leadership structures ahead of future political activities.

Supporters and associates of the commissioner have expressed optimism that the new role will further expand his scope of service and provide an opportunity to contribute at a higher level within the party.
