Chioma Ohakim Hails Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu On Her Elevation As Substantive Foreign Affairs Minister

Former First Lady of Imo State and Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to the Federal Republic of Poland, Her Excellency Lady Mrs. Chioma Priscilla Ohakim, mni, has warmly felicitated with Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu on her elevation as Nigeria’s substantive Minister of Foreign Affairs.
