OK 2000 Hails Chioma Ohakim’s Ambassadorial Nomination, Commends Tinubu, Uzodimma

Elder statesman Chief John Enyogasi, popularly known as OK 2000, has congratulated former Imo State Governor Ikedi Ohakim following the nomination of his wife, Mrs. Chioma Ohakim, for an ambassadorial appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement issued to journalists, Enyogasi praised Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma for recommending Mrs. Ohakim for the federal appointment, describing the move as historic and unprecedented for a former First Lady of Imo State.

He said the nomination reflects Governor Uzodimma’s inclusive leadership and commitment to political unity, adding that it rewards competence and credible service.

The elder statesman expressed confidence in Mrs. Ohakim’s ability to represent Nigeria effectively in any diplomatic posting and commended the Ohakim family for its record of excellence and dedication to public service.

Enyogasi also thanked President Tinubu for approving the nomination .
