In a bid to ensure judicious use of Local Government Funds of Ngor Okpala LGA,Hon. Blyden Amajirionwu, KSM, a former member of the Imo State House of Assembly and a Chieftain of the ruling party, APC in Ngor Okpala, has cautioned leaders in the area to steer clear from interfering in the local government funds and allow the Executive Chairman, Hon. Chief Mrs Chika Ibekwe to work for the development of the area.
Amajirionwu made this known in a closed WhatsApp group where all the crème de la crème
of Ngor Okpala are Participants.
According to Amajirionwu, “Ndi APC Ngor Okpala Ndewonu. Any leader of this our Party whose sole interest is to target LGA funds meant for development is a hater of the people. Let ours only be to advise the executive Chairman and her team on areas of impactful development not otherwise. Chika and those in her government should succeed hugely. We don’t expect less.”

The individual stressed that Ngor Okpala leaders should emulate Dr. Cliff Ogbede’s example, focusing on federal appointments rather than seeking LGA allocations. The anonymous member advised Hon. Chika Ibekwe, the Executive Chairman, to expose those leaders pressuring her to share funds, urging her to prioritize development over personal interests.
