Dr. Chima Matthew Amadi extends his deepest condolences to Ndi Igbo on the passing away of Chief Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, the Chairman of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Worldwide on 25 July 2024.

In his word, ” Unprepared, unprecedented has life literally bowed us over with the demise of this great Father of Ndi Igbo, a prove that life is uncertain, perhaps, a deposit waiting for soil erosion. Ndi Igbo have become like a chicken that lost her chicks to a ruthless kite, in the hands of death, as though a cloud of darkness has engrossed our soul.”

I and my family join the good people of Ndi Imo, Ndi Igbo and the entire nation in drift, in mourning the great loss of a visionary statesman, distinguished leader, and human rights advocate. His passing away is an immense loss not only for Ndi Igbo but also for our beloved nation, Nigeria.

The chairman of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo was a prominent human rights activist who was pivotal in advancing the human race, democracy, and socio-economic development in Nigeria and beyond. His fathomless commitment to enshrine the principles of African Charter of equity. This has literally been a satellite for the nation and overwhelming inspiration to all of us.

As we mourn the loss of this leader of great repute, it will be outlandish not celebrate his remarkable achievements and contributions in his time as the Chairman of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Worldwide. His indelible legacy as pan Nigerian Leader restructured the erstwhile colonial effect which guarantees the perpetuality of his name in African soul. His exemplary activism will serve as a beacon for both the present and future generations, which made him a Leader per excellent.

Indeed, his wisdom and untold integrity is invaluable in advancing the growth and progress of our dear nation. He will be increasingly missed by every ants and elephants across the country, as his patriotism wind beyond the Great Distance of RIFT VALLEY SYSTEM.

I offer my sincere condolences to his family, especially his wife, Mrs Frances Chinonyerem (nee Enwerem) and Ndi Igbo at large. May God grants us the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
