Accolades have continued to pour in from different quarters for Most Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma on the award of best Infrastructural Governor of the year by Vanguard Newspapers, the latest being the Imo Diaspora Support For Senator Hope Uzodimma.
The Diaspora group in a statement issued from its headquarter in Europe
and signed by the convener/coordinator, Chief Dr. Ochiagha Nnanna Okere, extended warm congratulations to governor Hope Uzodimma on his recent award as best Infrastructural Governor of the year by Vanguard Newspapers.
The statement noted that no one deserved the award better than governor Uzodimma, considering his road infrastructural revolution in Imo State.
The statement reads in part:
“In the recent award as best Infrastructural Governor of the year by Vanguard Newspapers. We felicitate with our governor Most Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma on this feat of being recognized as the “Infrastructure Governor of the Year Award 2025” by Vanguard Newspapers.

Describing governor Uzodimma as the game changer who has revolutionized not only governance in Imo State and a shinning example of what is possible in the South East but a national asset that is getting the recognition that he deserved.
The Diaspora group recalling that since governor Hope Uzodinmma took over office as governor of Imo state in 2020 , he has received so many awards and election such as Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC) known as the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), Grand Service Stars of Rivers State (GSSRS), 2021 Governor of the year Award from the Sun Newspapers and others.
